Our reporting system is extremely detailed but at the same time is simple to understand and interact with. Having opened the platform and go to the Reports tab, as a coach you can now provide on a player you have seen footage of.
By scoring players out of five on all aspects of the game coaches will be able to get a full picture of what they need to do to improve but what their strengths are. The platform covers tactical, technical, physical and physiological aspects of the game so all bases are covered. Within these categories players can be rated on factors as varied and detailed as Foot Speed, Defensive Heading, Moving to Space and Work Ethic to name but a few.
In addition, to this coaches are able to suggest areas and methods for a player to improve all linked to the previous categories stated. For example, if a player is struggling to tactically make decisions then perhaps you could suggest they go away and watch more football or if they need more confidence coaches can suggest players speak up and out more during matches.
If this does not cover everything you want to convey to a player then a comments box is provided to add that tailored and specific advice. Finally, coaches can upload promotional videos to advertise themselves or their club in order to enhance their reputation within the game.
