  • Chelsea CrossFit. This particular workout is a full 30-minute routine that is composed of 5 pull-ups, 15 squats, and 10 push-ups. Frankly speaking, this may be too challenging for the beginners but the good news is a short, 20-30 seconds, break in between sets is allowed.  Although pull-ups, squats, and push-ups do not sound that strenuous, the workout is designed to put weight on the legs and other body parts as the cycle goes on. 
  • Kelly CrossFit. This type of CrossFit workout is named after Kelly Moore, a popular CrossFitter. The routine is composed of five sets of three different routines that need to be performed as quickly as possible. Per set, there will be 400-meter running, 30 wall ball shots with a 16-pound medicine ball, and a 20-inch box jumps that must be performed 30 times. Yes, this is one of the hardest. 
  • Nancy CrossFit. This advanced workout is meanwhile composed of five sets; a combination of two routine types that include a 400-meter run and a 15 overhead squatting with a 65-pound barbell. Nancy workout may be extra challenging but it has been proven to give a quick result since the routine burns more fat and builds the muscle more. For beginners, using a lighter barbell may be allowed. 
  • Barbara CrossFit. This type of workout is also composed of five sets of varied routines. Per set, there will be 30 push-ups, 20 pull-ups, followed by 50 times squatting and 40 sit-ups; all have to be carried out consecutively. In between sets, there will be a 3-minute rest. For beginners, a modified Barbara can be performed: 9 push-ups, 5 pull-ups, followed by 20 times squatting and 15 sit-ups. 
  • Tabata CrossFit. Tabata CrossFit is composed of 8 sets of varied 20-second HIIT and a 10 seconds rest in between or until the entire 4 minutes is up. The varied movements will include squats, push-ups pull-ups, jumping rope, and barbell lifting. 
  • Angie CrossFit. This one is meanwhile composed of pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and squats; each needs to be performed 100 times. The entire set must be performed consecutively with only short breaks in between sets to maintain the pace.
