You can spend time with family, eat and cook healthy, learn new skills, workout and start the fitness journey.  But as you cannot go out to any gyms, how will you workout?

Do not neglect your health, workouts regardless of whatever they are. Keep on eating healthy and clean, sleep well, and keep positive. Dancing

Who does not love to dance. Well, even if you don’t, this is the time to give it a shot. Dance is the thing you can enjoy and get fit by burning a lot of calories along the way. It is simple, effective, fun, good for cardiac health and endurance. Plus you don’t have to do it in front of people, so there is nothing to be ashamed of. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to do it.

Either just follow a video, or take a professional online course, or turn the music on and get to it. Do it like nobody’s watching and you don’t care. Everybody can do it regardless of the age. Once you keep on dancing for 30 minutes you will know how it gets heart rate raised.

Start with three rounds of about three minutes each and one minute of break in between. Reduce your rest period gradually up to 20 seconds and increase the rounds up to 10. As you make it more intense also increase the speed and power. Remember, not just to focus on punching, keep moving your head and torso and keep the defense up.

Stair Climb

Climbing stairs can be a good and simple workout if you are not up for any of the above mentioned. Ready to strengthen your legs, calves, and endurance. Climbing stairs burns up to three times more calories than walking. All you have to do is walk up and down the stairs for a few minutes. Divide this workout into different rounds. Do one round slow as a warm up, then pick up the pace for the next sets. Take short breaks between sets not more than 30 seconds.

Don’t push yourself too much. Keep it low if you have any joint or pain issue, use the railing if you have to. Do it right and be careful, so you don’t end up hurting yourself. Hitting your shin on the edge of the stair hurts very badly.

Doing Chores

Doing chores like cleaning, vacuuming and everything else also gives you enough of a workout. This is the perfect way to kill two birds with one stone, all your house work will be done and you will have a good workout too.
