Less than a year ago, gas gel blasters in Australia were a very weird idea. However, in today’s time, it has become extremely common. They are one of the most used or popular toys in Australia.

Electric gel blasters became extremely popular in Australia and dominated the market. These are powered using lithium polymer batteries and lithium-ion batteries, and these are among the most popular gel blasters in today’s time. Nonetheless, the introduction of gas gel blasters seems to be giving a tough competition.

    What should you choose?

Since there are two gel blasters, choosing anyone may be tough. However, it is advisable to weigh the pros and cons of both of them before making a choice.

Gas gel blasters will have more power than electric gel blasters

In terms of gel blasters, the power is measured using FPS. The higher FPS is for a particular model, the stronger it will be. There are two different models of gel blasters, and gas always has better power than electric ones.

The SKD Glock 18 is one of the most powerful toy pistols as it sports a 7.4v LiPo battery. It has a strong spring and motor. However, FPS is not related to the battery.

Nonetheless, the gas gel blasters are powered using compressed air, mostly carbon dioxide or green gas. The Glock 17 GBB was one of the first gas gel blasters to have been introduced to Australia. While the power in the SKD Glock 18 is 130-150 FPS, the power in the gas gel blaster is 250-280 FPS.

The quality of the gas gel blaster

It is advisable always to check the quality of gas gel blasters. The quality of gas gel blasters is often better than electric gel blasters, and this is mostly because they have better weight.

Furthermore, the gas gel blaster features a blow-back capacity. Since these are powered by carbon dioxide, they provide a better feel when you hold them. There are different types of gas gel blasters available in the market, and therefore, it is advisable to consider doing some research about the same.

There are numerous electric gel blasters available in the market. These are toy pistols. When you pay, you are bound to get the best. Therefore, you should estimate the price and then get the best quality. A gas gel blaster is bound to be better than the standard electric gel blaster.

Should you invest in gas gel blasters?

If you’re wondering if gas gel blasters are worth it, they are, and you should select best gel blasters to get the right impact. Electric gel blasters are cheap, and however, they feel more like toys.

On the other hand, despite being a toy, the gas gel blasters feel like the original ones. The replacement batteries for the same are available. You may want to opt for Lithium powered batteries. However, it is advisable to do some research about the same. No matter what gel blaster you’re purchasing, you can always get a battery replacement.
