Tyler Menninga placed in the top five this week and the male riders continue to dominate the Monster Jam Power rankings, but the women stole the show last weekend. In particular, the three series of stadiums featured female winners.
Becky McDonough (at El Toro Loco) won Sunday’s freestyle event at Stadium Series Red for her second win of the season.
Cynthia Gauthier (Monster Mutt Dalmatian) won her second freestyle in the Stadium Series Yellow. Gauthier used the 8-pack backflip to secure his victory.
Meanwhile, Rosalee Ramer (Wildflower) won the Stadium Series Green freestyle on Saturday with Brianna Mahon (Whiplash) winning Sunday’s freestyle.
But it’s Neil Elliott of Stadium Series Green who keeps the lead in the Power table. With his fifth straight skills competition on Saturday’s show, he tied for points at the top of the order with Discovery Channel’s Jimmy Creten (Bounty Hunter) and Dave Sparks AKA Heavy D (BroDozer) of Fame. Diesel Brothers. All three drivers scored 34 points, but Creten was credited with the victory because he was taller in freestyle. On Sunday’s show, Elliott racked up 36 more points to finish second overall.
Todd LeDuc (Monster Energy) retained his second place in the standings this week. The Stadium Series Red division competed at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga., Where LeDuc won 34 points on Saturday night and 35 points on Sunday afternoon. LeDuc’s bike to stop the movement was enough to take on the skills challenge by 1-1,000 points over Bryce Kenny (Great Clip Mohawk) on Saturday. Kenny took revenge on Sunday by winning the skills challenge.
Triple Threat Series Central has taken the week off. Colton Eichelberger remained third in the standings.
In the Triple Threat Series East, Menninga (Grave Digger) won two of four shows at Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington. Menninga would also win one race, two MTB victories, and two of the four freestyle.
Ryan Anderson (Son-Uva Digger) has climbed two places steadily this week. He finished fourth overall for Saturday night and Sunday afternoon shows. His weekend was marked by a race victory against Morgan Kane (Grave Digger).
Kane got just 15 points for the night and dropped four places. Plagued with mechanical issues, it was the worst night of the year for Kane.

Menninga Wins Triple Threat Series East
Tyler Menninga (Grave Digger) won his fourth consecutive season in the Championship, winning the 2020 points battle at the Triple Threat Series East. Monster Jam Triple Threat Series Tickets 2021 are on sale at Tickets4race.
Menninga held a slight lead after the opening weekend in Birmingham and strengthened it after the next stop at Greensboro. The lead diminished during the series’ appearance in Kansas City, when Kayla Blood (Soldier Fortune) and Blake Granger (Max-D) passed Menninga before the series headed to Washington, DC.
Competing in the nation’s capital, Menninga closed the gap with Granger and regained the lead when the tour stopped in Providence. From there, Menninga took first place, despite late-season engine problems in Baltimore threatening to hamper the championship effort.
Menninga closed the year by winning the last two championships in the event, winning the championship by winning the Speedster steeplechase competition on Saturday’s show.
In 2020, Menninga amassed a running record of (44-8) in head-to-head competitions and won a total of 22 running championships. His 19 freestyle wins helped lead to 19 event championships. Menninga has won over 150 freestyle victories and 150 event championships during his five-year career.
